About SoCura

The SoCura is a non-profit industry service provider for organizations in welfare and social economy. We create freedom for the essential: service to people. digital … are our services social … we think, feel, act near … we are close to customers and the technical development of our industry. As a subsidiary of the Malteser, we know the cultural, structural, and legal specificities of the welfare sector firsthand. We optimize the processes and procedures of our customers – leaving more time for the core business. Over 400 employees work at a total of three locations: Cologne (headquarters), Berlin, and Osnabrück. SoCura is on a growth course (at the end of 2012 we were 172 employees!) and has gradually expanded its service portfolio – an exciting working environment with excellent development opportunities. SoCura is so much MORE than just an employer! This is evidenced by our seals of approval as kununu OPEN COMPANY and kununu TOP COMPANY, but also, for example, our training concept, which was awarded the training certificate by the City of Cologne.
