About Snelling Staffing

At Snelling Houston, we’re more than just a staffing agency—we’re a team dedicated to connecting great talent with great opportunities right here in the Space City. Our story began in 1951, when Lou and Gwen Snelling started with a simple idea: help people find the success they deserve. That vision took root and grew, and today, it’s what fuels our work in Houston, where we’ve built a legacy of trust and teamwork in our community. Leading the charge in Houston is Ben Bonnell, a local entrepreneur with a passion for people and jobs. For us, staffing isn’t just business; it’s personal. We believe the right job can change a life, and we’re committed to making that happen for the candidates and clients that we serve. Our team brings that same energy to every placement, every conversation, and every success story. We’re proud to call Houston home, and we specialize in the industries that power it—oil and gas, manufacturing, logistics, and beyond. Our approach is simple but effective: we listen, we learn, and we match people with opportunities that fit. With a national network behind us and Houston heart driving us, we’re here to deliver results—whether you’re a job seeker chasing your next big break or a business looking for the perfect team member.
