About SMP Automotive Global

SMP is a global company on a growth course. Originally founded in Bötzingen under the name of Badische Plastikwerke in 1959, SMP is now a global enterprise that offers its employees exciting projects and outstanding development opportunities. As part of the Motherson Group, we are optimally networked for reacting quickly to customer requirements and making use of synergy effects. Thus, we cooperate closely with our sister companies Motherson Automotive Technologies & Engineering (MATE), Samvardhana Motherson Innovative Autosystems (SMIA), Samvardhana Motherson Reflectec (SMR) and Motherson Innovations. We love challenges and are open to new methods, whereby we still maintain a healthy degree of down-to-earthness. Our goal is to achieve something together as a team. It therefore comes down to each individual. Creating an optimal working environment for our employees in which everyone can develop their individual capabilities, skills and ideas accordingly is top priority for SMP.
