Smarte Hoder AS was established in September 2021 by Anette Wilstrup Torgersen, with a clear goal of becoming a leading player in the recruitment and staffing of managers and specialists. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Anette has laid a solid foundation for the business, based on success in staffing and recruitment across multiple sectors. Our diverse portfolio includes industries such as mining and minerals, finance, accounting and auditing, oil and gas, food and power production, as well as the aviation industry and international freight forwarding. Today, Smarte Hoder AS has an established office in the Stavanger region, and is expanding to Oslo West in September 2024. We have experience assisting managers in many different industries, both locally and nationally, and work hybrid – both physically and digitally. Our clients can expect a predictable recruitment process, with a focus on competence potential and growth opportunities. We function as an 'extended project manager' in the recruitment process, assisting our clients to ensure continuous progress.
