About SkyUp Airlines

SkyUp Airlines is a Ukrainian airline established in Ukraine in June 2017 and represented in Europe. In May 2023, after being certified in Malta as SkyUp MT, the company obtained an Air Operator Certificate (AOC), Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization certificate (CAMO) and an Air Operator License (AOL). Our mission is to encourage people to travel, thereby changing their worldview. The company was one of the largest air carriers in Ukraine, taking second place among Ukrainian airlines in terms of the number of flights performed in the airspace of Ukraine for 2021. Since the beginning of the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine, we have transformed our activities and started working in two directions: ACMI and charter flights under request of third-party airlines, tour operators, football clubs, funds, etc. SkyUp has performed 11,124 ACMI flights and 1,071 charter flights between February 24, 2022 and mid 2023. We operate flights across Europe, as well as to Egypt, Turkey, Tunisia and other countries. SkyUp cooperated with 15 airlines in 2022-2023, including Air Albania, AIR MOLDOVA, Corendon, Corendon Europe, ETF AIRWAYS, FLY ONE, Freebird Airlines, Marabu, Smartwings, SunAir, Tailwind, Tunisair, WizzAir Abu Dhabi, Wizz Air Hungary, and Wizz Air Malta. SkyUp is open for cooperation and provides a high quality service. We have 10 Boeing 737 aircraft in our fleet, with an average age of 15 years. SkyUp strategy provides further fleet growth within 2024-2025. As of August 2023, the company has more than 1,200 employees. The SkyUp brand has been operating for more than 5 years in the air transportation market.
