As an employee of the Ministry of Taxation and Growth, you work with complex subject matter and complex processes in an area undergoing significant development and receiving considerable political and media attention. You also work closely with politicians and the political environment. At the Ministry of Taxation and Growth, we are among the ministries that produce the most legislative proposals. We prepare tax-economic analyses and publications that form the basis for policy development. Additionally, we administer ten agencies, each with its own core task. We are approximately 300 employees in the ministry – including lawyers, economists, generalists, and various other professionals – all collaborating across the ministry. We place great emphasis on good leadership and the development of all employees.
