Sizzling Platter, LLC is a private equity backed restaurant management growth platform. We currently own and operate more than 650 restaurants across the United States and Mexico. We are located in Salt Lake City, Utah and employ over 13,000 people. Since 1963 we have proven to be a strong restaurant platform focused on adding and scaling leading brands in outstanding restaurant markets. We are committed to growing our portfolio through building new stores in our existing portfolio, acquiring additional stores, and entering new brands.
