Previously, SixHops founding team has built several successful technology startups from scratch, raised over $100mm of venture capital and resulted into several lucrative exits. The company was founded by Raghav Kher. The company has offices in Bangalore and Redmond, Washington (USA). Raghav Kher is a serial entrepreneur who lives and breathes startups. He founded the following companies: Founder & CEO of LetsPour and BeerBoxer (world's largest social commerce network for Craft Beer); The company was acquired in 2014. Founder & CEO of Seventymm (India’s first DVD rental service, $21 million funding from Matrix Partners, DFJ); Founder LiveMocha.com (the world's largest language learning community with 20 million users; $22 million funding; acquired by Rosetta Stone in 2013); Founder & CEO of Rendition Networks, acquired by Opsware (HP) generating shareholder value of $100 million in 2005; Founder & CEO of imandi.com (a marketplace of 500,000 service providers matching job requests from 1 million consumers; $45mm funding). Previously, he worked at Microsoft (Redmond, USA) for eight years in various executive positions. He was responsible for acquiring Hotmail for Microsoft. He holds MS in Computer Science, MS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Ross School of Business, University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
