Over 30 years ago, Brad Brousson and Stan and Kathy Smith were three friends who shared a belief in the incredible power of sprouted bread. Silver Hills’ founding mission to empower, educate, and inspire people to live healthier lives hasn’t changed since 1989—nor has our belief that investing in your own health is the greatest gift you can give someone. Because when you’re healthy, you have more to share. Today, Silver Hills is a thriving family-owned, family-run, three-brand business, manufacturing and marketing Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery, Little Northern Bakehouse, and One Degree Organic Foods (separately owned by Stan, Kathy, and family) as well as operating a retail store and bakery, Sprouted Oven.
