About Sicherheitstechnische Betreuung André Thiede

SBAT is a medium-sized family company in Lemgo. We currently support more than 100 clients in the form of companies, municipalities, and other institutions. In addition to consulting on occupational safety and fire protection, we also conduct various training courses. Our collaboration with the various clients is usually characterized by long-term relationships. As a company with 12 employees, a family-like atmosphere and trusting cooperation are very important to us. We offer our employees not only height-adjustable desks and various health promotion programs, but also e-bike leasing and company pension plans upon request. Furthermore, we handle gifts openly, so that every employee can and should voice wishes and ideas for improving the work environment in the approximately monthly team meetings, usually followed by breakfast.
