About SIA Nortrade

Since 2006, SIA Nortrade (Latvia) has been dedicated to recruiting personnel in the restaurant and hospitality sector for work in Norway. We collaborate with over 100 of the best restaurants and hotels in Norway. We recruit and secure employment for about 100-150 professionals annually, with 80% of these positions being for cooks and 20% for waiters. We are a company with all the necessary permits and licenses to carry out recruitment for work in Norway. Until now, we have been recruiting staff from Baltic countries, and in 2021, we began expanding into Spain due to the high demand for professionals in Norway.
