Founded in 2012 by CEO Bryan Gibson, Shoals Ambulance has provided 911 response to Florence and Lauderdale County since 2013. The company expanded to Central Alabama and also serves several communities in Western Jefferson County with 9-1-1 response in partnership with local fire departments. Additionally, we serve medical facilities and hospitals in Jefferson County, and we recently expanded to serve Shelby County. Our team is a supportive family that works together to deliver exceptional patient care. From every EMT and paramedic to our dispatchers and support teams, our team members are valued and supported with the training and resources they need.
