About Shillito Group

Shillito Group is a Yorkshire-headquartered recruitment group delivering executive search and professional recruitment across the UK. The group was formed to provide clients with specialist capability, consistent standards and a clear service structure that combines leadership search rigour with the pace and precision required for professional hiring. The group is structured into four specialist pillars: Shillito Executive, Shillito Commercial, Shillito Human Resources and Shillito Engineering. This structure provides depth in each market while maintaining one consistent approach and client experience. We are not a volume recruitment business. Our work is structured, consultative and designed to build long-term partnerships.
