About SH Holz & Modulbau GmbH

SH Holz & Modulbau GmbH, as a modular space manufacturer and general contractor, builds buildings and rooms according to your wishes and plans. We construct our modular space systems using ecological and energy-efficient timber construction. Depending on the building physics requirements, we combine this construction method with solid prefabricated parts made of concrete and brick. Freestanding buildings, building extensions, and additions can thus be realized quickly, almost independently of the weather, and even during ongoing operations. Our environmentally friendly site logistics offer you significant advantages over conventional site operations: less dirt, less noise, and less construction time.
