Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), an ABA subspecialty, focuses on assessing and changing the work environment to improve employee performance and workplace culture. At 7D, Senior BCBAs and Lead RBTs have developed and are continuously improving the processes and systems to help close the gaps in employee performance. 7D welcomes candidates with a growth mindset interested in contributing to a solutions oriented program that emphasizes continuous improvement. As 7D’s OBM processes and systems evolve, we are able to identify issues further upstream and intervene with appropriate support and solutions. The individuals contributing to the systems and processes value trust and transparency. The objective performance measures are published and each individual employee monitors their own progress and selects their professional goals. The quality of our services is also continuously improving and provides a strong foundation to advocate alongside the families we serve. 7D is working with our data collection partner to roll up outcomes data at an organization level so we may publish the data on our website. This will allow caregivers to make well informed decisions when considering an ABA provider.
