The Active Listening Service – FarmaCounselling®️ FarmaCoaching®️ was born from the desire to create a concrete and effective service, individually and socially useful, distributed capillarily throughout the national territory, to cope with the complexity of the contemporary context, a cause of widespread multifaceted discomfort. It also stems from our intuition based on the need for us Counsellors and Coaches, precisely because of the peculiar characteristics of our disciplines, to be able to draw from a vast and recursively renewing user base. We rely on the comforting two-year experimentation experience of the Service in Pharmacies. Our team is made up of experts in the selection of Counsellors and Coaches based on their proven qualifications and declared skills. Furthermore, the Professionals who join our Brand acquire a Membership Set specifically created based on the most common requests for help that we have encountered in our pharmacy experience. All this to offer concrete and targeted support, valuing human relationships and collective well-being. The objective of our Project is to integrate the "Active Listening Service FarmaCounselling® FarmaCoaching®" among those offered by Pharmacies, places historically linked to care, prevention, and health maintenance. Through a network of qualified professionals, we bring a new and innovative service, easily accessible in the territory, capable of responding to the emotional, relational, and motivational needs of everyone.
