About Servicon

Servicon, a certified woman-owned and operated business, has exceeded industry expectations since 1973—with a difference. Founded by Richard Mahdesian, a visionary rooted in integrity and care, Servicon was built on the belief that when people feel valued, they thrive at work, at home, and in their communities. Richard’s philosophy, “Doing well by doing right,” shaped a company focused on empowering employees and fostering growth. Today, we carry his vision forward, delivering innovative solutions across the aerospace, healthcare, life sciences, and municipal sectors. At Servicon, we create clean, healthy environments where people and communities flourish. This is our legacy, our purpose, and our commitment to you.
