SentryWorld

About SentryWorld

SentryWorld was developed by Sentry Insurance in 1982, as a gathering place for central Wisconsin residents. The centerpiece of the 200-acre property is a championship golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. He oversaw a major renovation in 2013 led by architects Bruce Charlton and Jay Blasi. The public course was renovated again in 2020–2021 in advance of hosting the 2023 U.S. Senior Open. Course improvements inspired a renewed focus on making each and every round outstanding, relaxing, and truly one-of-a-kind. SentryWorld will also host the 2028 U.S. Senior Women’s Open and 2034 U.S. Senior Open Championships. In addition to world-class golf, the SentryWorld complex features upscale lodging at The Inn, dining at PJ’s and The Library, and a sports and recreation center for indoor tennis, pickleball, volleyball, and other games. SentryWorld is also an ideal setting for weddings and events of all sizes. You can find out more about each of these attractions below: PJ’s – SentryWorld Our guests enjoy a charming, casual setting at PJ’s. Named in honor of P.J. Jacobs, the visionary leader who brought Sentry Insurance to Stevens Point in 1912, PJ’s serves quality, locally sourced ingredients in a family-friendly atmosphere. The Library Located inside The Inn at SentryWorld, this space offers a cozy setting to enjoy breakfast and dinner. The Library serves specialty coffees, homemade menu items, and fresh, in-house baked goods for breakfast. For dinner, enjoy upscale selections and Midwest favorites.
