Home to over 500 residents, it offers stylish independent living plus two modern care homes providing 24/7 rest home and hospital-level care for 153 residents, including secure dementia care. Lavender Cottage supports up to 30 clients daily with a dedicated dementia day programme. Selwyn’s Hansen Close site in Birkenhead adds 12 villas and Selwyn House, subsidised rental accommodation for 11 people aged 70+. Operated by Selwyn Village Ltd, a subsidiary of The Selwyn Foundation, it champions dignity and respect for vulnerable seniors.
