Mr. Jinduk Seo, the founder of BonChon, desired to create the perfect korean fried chicken recipe and share it to the world. This is why he spent years perfecting the distinct chicken cooking technique that ensures a paper-thin crispy texture outside and tender, juicy meat inside. BonChon meaning “my hometown” in Korean, is a global restaurant/QSR brand that originated in South Korea in 2002. It began making waves in the global arena in 2006 as it entered the US market, captivating the discerning palates of the citizens of New York, San Francisco, Boston, Virginia, and New Jersey.
