Schutse Zorg Tholen is a social enterprise that offers a varied package of care and services in the municipality of Tholen. Within Schutse Zorg Tholen, around 400 employees, 140 volunteers, and many involved family members are committed to providing value-driven care to vulnerable seniors. The principle of care is that the care and services align with the wishes and needs of the clients and feel familiar and personal to them. The main location of Schutse Zorg Tholen is in Sint-Annaland. We also have a semi-mural location ‘Scheldeoord’ in Stavenisse, service center Elenahof in Stavenisse, Vestehof in Tholen, and the day care locations ‘An de Koaie’ in Sint-Annaland and the care farm ‘An de Diek’ in Sint Maartensdijk. Schutse Zorg Tholen offers clients at home, in addition to (digital) care and support, services such as meal delivery and emergency alarms.
