About Sauce Recruitment

Sauce Recruitment was founded in 2007. The agency was created from a vision to build a flexible and personal recruitment service and an agency that offered transparency and approachability. An agency that offered an alternative to a then saturated recruitment market that delivered a mediocre service. Things needed to change. Out of this, Sauce Recruitment was born. Since its inception, Sauce Recruitment has been representing the very best clients and candidates within the Media, Entertainment, Sports and Lifestyle landscapes. Sauce is not a typical recruitment agency and we are proud to be different! We are a boutique agency, yet we have the resources, skill and experience to make a real difference. Sauce partners skilled and ambitious people within companies that are at the forefront of their industry. Sauce is able to partner with you to secure the best candidates for your business from entry level juniors right up to C-Suite management roles. Sauce is a nimble unit of honest, friendly and genuine recruiters, there are no egos to please or timewasters to curb. We simply love what we do, placing the best people in the best places. Sauce’s elite team always gets the job done.
