Starting in 1980, by public concession, it began operating long-distance intermunicipal lines and, in 1990, expanded its operations to urban passenger transport. In urban transport, it operates in municipalities such as Belo Horizonte, Contagem, Coronel Fabriciano, Ipatinga, Lavras, Ribeirão das Neves, Timóteo, and Varginha.
