San Clemente Palace Venice

About San Clemente Palace Venice

San Clemente Palace Venice is A Destination in Venice Beyond Venice — an exclusive Venetian address set in the lagoon, just 10 minutes from San Marco Square by the hotel’s complimentary wooden shuttle boat. Located next to the heart of Venice yet quietly apart from its rhythm, the hotel brings together Italian living, heritage, discretion, and open-air elegance. Its historic estate includes beautifully restored monastery buildings, a 12th-century Romanesque church, peaceful gardens, Renaissance courtyards, terraces, and lagoon views facing the Venetian skyline. The hotel offers elegant rooms and suites where Venetian details, high ceilings, and legacy design elements create a refined sense of place. San Clemente Palace Venice has also received international recognition, including Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice recognition as Best Hotel in Venice in 2025, and the San Clemente Suite was named Europe’s Leading Hotel Suite in 2018. Dining is part of the experience, with three restaurants and three bars celebrating Venetian atmosphere, Mediterranean inspiration, and lagoon-side moments. From refined terraces to intimate courtyards, each setting reflects the hotel’s quiet connection to Venice, water, history, and Italian lifestyle. The Longevity Spa, awarded Europe’s Best Hotel Spa in 2019, offers a complete wellness experience with treatment rooms, a couples suite, wet area, sauna, steam bath, showers, and hair salon. Guests can also enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool, fitness facilities, a jogging path through the gardens, a pitch-and-putt course, and a tennis court.
