About Samhall AB

Samhall's mission is to contribute to a more inclusive labor market where more people have the opportunity to work and develop. We create work for people with functional impairments and provide support to strengthen their skills and work capacity. Every year, the Swedish Public Employment Service assigns approximately 2,000 people to Samhall. With us, they get a secure workplace where they can develop their abilities and build experience. An important goal is that at least 1,500 people each year should move on to work with other employers. Samhall has around 24,000 employees throughout the country, of whom approximately 1,500 are managers and specialists. Together, we work for a labor market where more people have the opportunity to contribute and where individuals, organizations, and society all develop.
