About Sam Pack's Five Star Ford

Sam Pack's Five Star Ford, located at I-35E and Crosby Road in Carrollton, Texas, occupies more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service, and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980, and it has shown significant growth each year since. Mr. Pack, recognized by Time Magazine as "Quality Dealer of the Year" for his exceptionally high customer satisfaction standards, also earned Ford's "Distinguished Achievement Award," the highest Ford Division honor. The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce named Mr. Pack Citizen Of The Year, and the Carrollton / Farmers Branch Rotary Club recognized him as their Man of the Year. Auto Age Magazine has listed Mr. Pack's Dealership among the leading dealerships in the United States, evidenced by its numerous times in the Top 100 Club, which comprises the top 100 Ford dealers nationally out of approximately 4,600. The dealership has received Ford Motor Company's highest honor for customer satisfaction and owner loyalty, The NACE Award (three years in a row). For over 20 years, it has been in the Top Twenty Club and was named a "Top 500 Dealer" by Ward's Dealer Magazine. The dealership's highest achievement was receiving The President's Award, the ultimate honor Ford Motor Company can bestow upon a franchised dealer for customer and corporate satisfaction. Additionally, for the past four years, Five Star has won Ford's Triple Crown Award, an accolade few dealerships in the United States receive annually. This award recognizes #1 achievement in all three divisions: Sales, Service, and Parts. In 2007, only about 20 Ford dealers nationally out of 4,600 received this recognition.
