SAFELOG has written an incredible success story over the past 25 years: Innovative and patented solutions for error prevention in the picking process, the development of its own AGV product family, and a dash of risk-taking in investments in the development of new technologies formed the basis for continuous and sustainable growth – from a business perspective. In reality, however, there is much more behind it than mere growth figures can express. We have grown from a small company into a medium-sized, globally active hidden champion with more than 190 employees. Our team consists of a good mix of new and long-serving employees, so we are never tempted to rely on the old ways. Fresh ideas, innovative thoughts, and interdisciplinary solution approaches for hardware and software solutions make up the positive atmosphere at SAFELOG. We have found that it is often pragmatic considerations and unconventional paths that lead to the solution of a problem. Therefore, we start every project for picking systems or mobile transport robots without blinkers and cemented courses of action. It is important to us to maintain open and honest cooperation as well as respectful interaction in order to achieve common goals together. The diversity of people, ideas, and opinions drives us to establish sustainable solutions on the market and to constantly look for new ways to avoid picking errors and to master transport tasks with AGVs.
