S2 GRUPO is an information and communications technology company with headquarters in Valencia and Madrid, highly specialized in: Information systems security, Business process monitoring and control, Real-time management systems, ICT platform operation. In the field of Information and Information Systems Security, S2 GRUPO has been a national pioneer in the implementation of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). With a completely innovative approach based on the implementation of its internal monitoring and control system and its eMas® event and alarm management system, in 2004 it achieved for an important Spanish industrial group the first national certification based on the UNE 71502 (ISO 27001) standard. In 2006, S2 GRUPO obtained from the national certification body AENOR the certificate accrediting it as the first company in its sector in the Valencian Community, and one of the first nationally, in ISMS based on the UNE 71502 standard, updated in December 2007 to the ISO 27001 standard. In the real-time management area, thanks to its eMas Event and Alarm Management System, a product developed entirely by S2 GRUPO, it has become one of the leading national firms with implementations of Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) systems in the business sector and Process Monitoring and Control systems. The application of these concepts to traditional management systems allows us to talk about Real-Time Management Systems which, due to their application to internal control and process monitoring, are configured as one of the strategic pillars of S2 GRUPO's product and service line in the short and medium term.
