About Söderhamns kommun

We are Söderhamn! As an employee within the municipality, you are an important ambassador for Söderhamn. Every day you meet people, regardless of your profession. For the many people, the meeting with you is also a meeting with the municipality. Carry out your mission with pride – help us nurture trust. Together we are Söderhamn! Söderhamn is the archipelago municipality in southern Hälsingland that thinks new and big. We are approximately 2,300 employees and leaders who shape and develop the operations together, based on the needs of Söderhamn residents. Coaching leadership makes it possible.
