About RST Gruppe

As a medium-sized, nationwide family business in its second generation, the RST Gruppe has proven itself as a competent expert and provider of complete solutions in the areas of contaminated site remediation, land recycling, civil engineering, and garden and landscape construction, serving as a reliable partner. Founded in 1993 from the former Eisen- und Hüttenwerke Thale AG (EHW), Recycling und Sanierung Thale GmbH has been in the responsible hands of the Finck family ever since. With the goal of utilizing and sustainably developing EHW's recycling know-how, thereby giving some of the former foundry employees a new perspective, the RST Gruppe has become an attractive employer at its location today, generating an annual turnover of 15 million euros with approximately 100 employees. Then as now, responsibility for our employees and independence from investors are the core of our success. Promoting and challenging our employees forms the central component of our corporate strategy. By founding further subsidiaries and specialist departments in the areas of the construction industry as well as garden and landscape construction, we have been able to expand our range of services and expertise. The experience gathered over decades makes us a reliable partner and supplier of complete services in the field of remediation of contaminated sites, up to the reclamation and development of properties. Our principle is: Finding solutions, creating living space. In doing so, we always set a good example with our resource- and environmentally friendly working methods. As pioneers for environmentally friendly construction, we improve quality of life and ecology every day, in every project.
