RSK’s highly skilled Land and Development Engineering (LDE) team consists of Civil/Structural Engineers and Hydrologists that understand clients’ key concerns in these areas and has many years’ experience of providing expert consultancy to landowners, investors, developers and other stakeholders. Also, as former employees of major developers, they have a unique understanding of clients’ business drivers. We provide expert engineering consultancy services for Land Viability/Appraisals, Road/Sewer/Infrastructure Design, External Works, Cut/Fill Modelling, Foundation/Slab/Superstructure designs/calculations. Our Hydrology Team can assess all aspects of Flood Risk, from Basic Flood Risk Assessments (FRA) to watercourse modelling and flood map challenges, indicative SuDS strategy design work for planning, flood evacuation plans and Environmental Statement chapters.
