About Rothkötter Unternehmensgruppe

The Rothkötter Unternehmensgruppe has been a partner of modern agriculture since 1959 and today employs 4000 people at six locations in Northern Germany. In addition to targeted personnel development and a popular fitness bonus program, we offer numerous exciting opportunities for pupils, students, career starters, and specialists. As a modern and internationally active family company, we combine the advantages of tradition and the future. Our hierarchies are flat, our decision-making processes are short, and since we use the informal "you", we invite you: become a part of our Rothkötter Group! The Rothkötter Group includes several companies, all specializing in specific areas of our value chain. Whether it's hatching, compound feed mills, chicken processing plants, truck workshops, or the distribution of our products – all company divisions work closely together.
