We are 2,300 highly qualified employees with excellent training and many years of experience in the planning, realization, and operation of building technology. As a quality-leading plant constructor in technical building equipment with over 160 years of experience, we work with the most modern construction, planning, and project management methods. As part of the Zech Group, we benefit from the strength of an internationally active and broadly diversified family company with around 12,000 employees. We offer our employees an exciting and varied range of tasks in a family-like working environment with state-of-the-art technology and equipment. In their daily project work, they experience the use of BIM, Lean, and other future-oriented digital working methods. In our own R&D department, we simulate building and room flows or investigate them in scale-accurate replicas. Personal interaction is important to us. Through flat hierarchies and project team work, few management levels, and efficient and lean administrative organization, we offer short distances and quick decision-making processes. We live the "Mittelstand" (medium-sized business) spirit. In our society, this stands for personal responsibility, sustainable growth, operational excellence, and quick decisions. Therefore, we stand for high value creation depth, top operational performance, clear customer orientation, and high employee satisfaction.
