About Rohloff Group

Rohloff Group has grown to be one of the largest KFC franchises in Africa, boasting a high performance culture focused on the ultimate guest experience, to satisfy every customer. With the restaurant support center based in Somerset West, Rohloff Group strives to be an employer of choice and embraces a heart-led culture through leadership programs in our restaurants and at our restaurant support center. We believe in creating a fully inclusive work environment; cultivating a workplace where diversity of thought and perspective is welcomed, sought out and developed. We are proud of the unique culture we've built, one where everyone can be their best self, make a difference and have fun. We pride ourselves in being a hands-on and innovative business partner that leads by example. We support our local communities through the KFC Add Hope program and partner with several Add Hope beneficiaries nationally to provide vital nutrition to children in need.
