The Robert Coppes Stichting supports blind and visually impaired adults with one or more additional problems. Our professionals always look for opportunities to enable clients to live the life they want. We advocate for their interests, always and everywhere. Simply because we love people. We offer various forms of specialized support: 24-hour care in our residential facilities in Vught, specialized guidance and treatment at people's homes in almost all of South Netherlands, and customized day care in Vught, Nijmegen, and Geleen. There is not much documented knowledge about the combination of a visual impairment with other problems. Therefore, we actively work on developing, broadening, documenting, and sharing our expertise in this field. Coppes employees and experts by experience play an important role in this due to their practical experience. For documenting, further developing, and scientifically substantiating our specific knowledge and expertise, we collaborate with various organizations within the visual sector and in higher and university education. We also share knowledge internationally through various European networks in the field of psychology and visual impairments.
