Roatel is an innovative company from Düsseldorf that is revolutionizing the hotel industry and offers a unique hotel concept: Here in Germany, overseas containers are recycled and converted into high-quality micro-hotels with four comfortable single rooms that meet all the guest's needs. From a shower room, to a table with a seating area, to a cozy bed with a smart TV and free Wi-Fi - all on 7.5 square meters. Delivery and setup of the Roatel take only one day. It is fully mobile and can be set up and dismantled anywhere, anytime, and expanded modularly. This is a major advantage compared to conventional hotels. The maintenance effort is also minimal, as the Roatels are managed decentrally and do not require a reception. Booking and check-in are done digitally via smartphone! The in-house booking and sales platform is based on a CRM system and a project management tool, as well as smart technology such as artificial intelligence, which is intended to make the system even more efficient. In addition, we are actively working on the development of an AI-based chatbot and advanced data analysis.
