About ROAM Kitchen + Bar

Inspired by the American frontier, ROAM features a rustic scratch kitchen celebrating woodfire cooking and extensive bourbon, beer and wine offerings. ROAM Kitchen + Bar is the perfect place to unwind in our relaxing setting to reminisce about simpler times! We are Roca Restaurants, a small Sioux Falls and Minnesota-based company. We are proud parents of 3 restaurant concepts spread out over 6 locations – and we’re still growing! Our 3 concepts are Doolittles Woodfire Grill, Porter Creek Hardwood Grill, and ROAM Kitchen + Bar. While each concept has its own unique personality and approach, they all share the same founding principles. For this reason, we think of all of our employees as part of one amazing team, regardless of which location or concept they call home.
