Since 1923, RIVP has been a major player in social housing in Paris. We build, renovate, and manage nearly 65,000 homes in the capital and several towns in the Ile-de-France region. Our teams fully fulfill their missions for tenants through proximity management, based on listening, availability, solidarity, and quality of service. As a contracting authority, RIVP is committed to the social housing policy of the City of Paris with a range of housing adapted to various tenant profiles: family housing, university residences, shelters, etc. Today, the RIVP Group has over 1,200 employees and nearly 50 professions dedicated to social housing and business real estate. Hénéo is the subsidiary offering temporary accommodation primarily for people in difficulty with very low incomes, mainly single individuals and single-parent families. Hsf is the ESH subsidiary composed mainly of small collective social housing buildings in Paris and some neighboring municipalities. We are also committed to the economic development of Paris through the management of commercial spaces and the creation of accommodation programs for innovative companies that generate jobs. RIVP is thus the leading Parisian operator of office spaces dedicated to the tertiary sector and to young companies and startups. Our Directorate for Real Estate Development and Management for Businesses (DDGIE) ensures the marketing and management of remarkable programs such as Cargo or Tremplin (photos).
