About RiseGuide

RiseGuide is the expert-powered self-improvement app with 1M total downloads across all platforms and 400,000 monthly active users. RiseGuide gives you structured micro-learning journeys backed by real expert insights, so you can improve your skills, mindset, confidence, intelligence, and more without wasting time on random content. Every day, users turn dead time — commutes, queues, and free evenings — into moments of growth and skill-building, learning from short, actionable lessons. OUR STORY RiseGuide was born four years after doomscrolling became one of the Oxford English Dictionary's words of the year. Post-pandemic digital fatigue had everyone exhausted, glued to screens, and trying endless "digital detoxes" that didn't work. Passive consumption drains users and leaves them feeling guilty. Despite 53% of Americans wanting to reduce their phone time, only 10–12% successfully adhere to strict app usage limits. Much like any other addiction, doomscrolling can't be cured by restrictions. RiseGuide is a strategic alternative to passive consumption — thousands of hours of expert knowledge distilled into short, mobile-friendly lessons that are easy to learn and apply, helping users improve their mind, communication, and discipline.
