About Ringsted Kommune

In Ringsted, we say that we are in the midst of opportunities. It is not to brag, we actually have something to base it on. Ringsted is in the midst of a time, in a place, and in a development that will benefit you – whether you are a citizen, a business, a newcomer, or a tourist. Ringsted is growing and bursting with ambition. In recent years, we have therefore gained many new businesses, e.g. in the new business area Business Park Ringsted, lots of exciting shops, many new citizens, so today we are a little over 35,000 people in Ringsted Municipality. Ringsted is in the middle of Zealand, and not far from Copenhagen. In Ringsted, you can be in the midst of opportunities because we combine the best of both country and city. Here you can live a life where the province's care and thoughtfulness go hand in hand with the big city's dynamics.
