Everyone has talents; so do people with psychological or psychosocial problems. RIBW K/AM helps those talents to flourish. The vulnerability of many people is often permanent. But everyone can participate in society in their own way. To be able to participate - socially and economically - a person simply needs some extra support and guidance. That's what we provide. Customization Our guidance is always customized. The intensity of our support, or the goals we work towards with a client, are constantly changing. The client can develop step by step. We do this on the basis of respect and equality. Our supervisors work methodically within our vision Vitaal Verder. This way, clients remain in control of their own lives and give us room to help. With Vitaal Verder, we want to achieve that people feel safe, competent, connected, and inspired. Our offer We have a wide range of services for sheltered living, outpatient (family) support, activation/day care, and Social Support. Specialist expertise is available in the fields of autism, schizophrenia, psychiatry & addiction, youth/young adults (16-23 years), Korsakov, and Housing First. Organization At RIBW K/AM, management takes place according to the 'Supervisory Board' model. The organization has a two-headed Board of Directors: Naomi Tas and Rob de Jong. A group of managers forms the link between the Board of Directors and the teams in a cluster or support services. Each cluster has a number of cluster managers. In August 2019, this policy was assessed, and we again received the HKZ (Harmonization Quality Assessment in Healthcare) certification.
