RIBW Brabant specializes in the guidance and support of people with severe psychiatric disorders. Our employees work with the client on sustainable recovery. We start from their own strength and responsibility. Whether someone needs help with housing, daily activities, social relationships, finances or health: in our personal guidance, all life domains that are important for functioning independently are addressed. For over 25 years, our expert employees have been providing help with complex problems. With a results-oriented, professional and integrated approach, we work towards optimal participation in society. Our professional guidance is recovery-supportive and goal-oriented: no more than necessary, no less than responsible. We work results-oriented with proven methodologies with the goal of stimulating clients to take control of their lives, so that they can participate in society as much as possible on their own strength. For continuity, efficiency and coherence in care, there is ample cooperation with a large number of institutions in the field of social welfare and healthcare. We work in municipalities in the middle of North Brabant, such as Tilburg, Waalwijk and Breda. More than half of the 1100 clients use various forms of protected living, while the remainder receive support at home. We also offer clients support with education and work. With approximately 500 employees (full-time and part-time), we are committed to our clients. The Board of Directors, together with the Management Team and the Staff Bureau, steers the organization.
