About Rede ICM de Educação e Assistência Social

We are the Rede ICM de Educação e Assistência Social. We are part of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, founded in 1849 by Blessed Bárbara Maix (1818-1873). We work in the areas of Education and Social Assistance, defending and promoting life, social inclusion, and the exercise of citizenship. We promote the integral formation and welcoming of children, adolescents, and youth, awakening in them the awareness of their protagonism as transformative agents of society, capable of analyzing, understanding, positioning themselves, intervening, and contributing to the construction of a more humane, just, and egalitarian society. For this to happen, we rely on 2,800 collaborators, who, through their potential and skills, seek constant updating and play a fundamental role in the realization of our mission with society. Rede ICM operates in Brazil and is present in the states of Rio Grande do Sul, Paraná, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro.
