RE-RUNN is a London-based social enterprise providing practical solutions to textile waste. We work with discarded, excess, and non-resellable garments — transforming them into new products while creating training and employment opportunities within the community. Our work sits at the intersection of circular design, social impact, and resource recovery. We repurpose unusable garments into new, functional products, deliver hands-on workshops in upcycling, repair, and reuse, support skills development and pathways into employment, and partner with charities to increase value from unsellable donations. RE-RUNN helps organisations reduce textile waste and disposal challenges, extend the life of garments through reuse, deliver measurable environmental and social impact, and create meaningful engagement through circular initiatives. We are particularly interested in working with retailers managing excess, returns, or damaged stock, charities seeking new revenue streams from donated textiles, local authorities delivering sustainability and skills programmes, and partners committed to circular economy solutions. Our long-term goal is to build a scalable, replicable model that reimagines waste as a resource—creating value for both people and the planet. If you are looking for practical, impact-driven solutions to textile waste, we’d love to connect.
