Our history is rooted in a humble beginning. Our founder, Roland C. Delantar, a determined individual from Leyte with big dreams, started his real estate brokerage company, RCD Realty Corporation, in 1987 with just a table and a telephone. This company focused on marketing affordable housing projects for major developers and grew to become a top marketing company for 17 developers. In 1997, with the company's success and the realization of industry opportunities, we evolved into a housing contractor for single-unit projects and small developments. Despite the Asian financial crisis in the same year, we remained strong in our mission to help people achieve their dreams. As the real estate industry rebounded and grew immensely by 2000, we expanded further. With a vision to improve Filipino lives by building affordable, quality homes, RCD Land Inc. became a full-pledge housing developer in 2005. Our housing blueprint is more than just providing quality, affordable homes; it encompasses a passion for improving Filipino lives by creating masterfully-planned residential projects in environments that foster a balanced lifestyle. From a single table and telephone, our company now operates 7 offices across Luzon, with our main office in Parañaque and 6 branch offices in Makati, Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, Pampanga, and Bulacan. Having built over 5,000 housing units on almost 100 hectares of land across 5 provinces, our company stands strong in its mission to improve the lives of Filipinos while pursuing its vision to be a market leader in the real estate industry.
