RCBC LEASING AND FINANCE CORPORATION (RLFC), formerly First Malayan Leasing and Finance Corporation, is a domestic corporation registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on October 27, 1982. It is engaged in the leasing and financing business as well as deposit taking activities as it also holds a quasi-banking license. On March 12, 2012, Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) acquired 97.79% ownership interest in RCBC Leasing. On October 17, 2012 and February 14, 2013, the SEC and the Bureau of Internal Revenue issued their respective approvals of RCBC Leasing’s application for the change in its corporate name from First Malayan Leasing and Finance Corporation to RCBC Leasing and Finance Corporation. RLFC maintains nationwide presence in key cities in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao with a total of eight (8) offices including its Head Office in Makati City. For its Operating Lease business, RLFC has a wholly owned subsidiary, RCBC Rental Corporation (RRC). RRC caters to rental and operating lease arrangements. It was established on March 14, 2007. RLFC continues to capitalize on the strength of being part of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) and the Yuchengco Group of Companies. RLFC will continue to partner with its customers through generations by providing quick, easy and affordable leasing and financing services.
