Rational Consulting, MOA ERP, optimizes business management through the implementation or optimization of management software (ERP, CRM, WMS...) with a focus on the performance of processes and information systems (IS). We secure the return on investment (ROI) of these projects in contexts with high stakes for companies (restructuring, strong growth, digital transformation...). Our team of 20 consultants has over 15 years of experience and has led several projects operationally, alongside operational staff. They are proficient in the main ERPs on the market (Gartner Magic Quadrant). Convinced that an ERP project must be a true company project, we involve the executive committees and employee representative bodies (IRP) and facilitate relationships between the different project stakeholders (publishers, integrators, service providers, client...).
