Since 1949, Rüther GmbH has been developing and manufacturing customized systems for food service, commercial large kitchens, and medical work areas – directly in the heart of the Sauerland region, in Eslohe-Bremke. With us, there is nothing off-the-shelf. We plan, build, and assemble individual food service and commercial kitchen systems that are precisely tailored to architecture, workflows, and usage. We are the leading provider of custom counter construction in Germany. What sets us apart is our depth of manufacturing: with our own metal and woodworking shops, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical departments, as well as our own assembly team, we realize turnkey projects from a single source – from the initial idea and 3D visualization to commissioning. Our strength lies in custom and individual construction, as well as in the safe handling of a wide mix of materials: natural stone, ceramic, glass, wood, and metal. Whether it's a modern company restaurant, student union, hospital, hotel, or medical facility – we develop systems where function, hygiene, and design seamlessly integrate. Since 2009, we have been part of the HUPFER Group.
