The Altomari family arrived in Morrinhos/GO, coming from São Paulo, in the early 1970s. The father, a former soldier of Italian descent, decided to start poultry production, being one of the first in Goiás to do so. He encountered resistance due to the consumer profile in Goiás, who did not want poultry and preferred "free-range" chicken. Thus, in 1986, the mother, Maria Divina, with the help of her children, started a flock with 100 chicks and began selling the production at the municipal fair. After the father's passing in 1989, the family continued to strive for the dream of the company, which until then was called Frangos Altomari. After realizing that many customers had difficulty remembering the name, the need arose to create a new name that was easy to pronounce, remember, and inspired quality. Thus, Qualitti Alimentos was born. The growth brought professionalization, implementation of management systems, and processes. In 2008, Qualitti had approximately 280 employees. In this process of restructuring and applying continuous improvements aiming for expansion, in 2016 the time came to renew the brand's identity. A new brand aligned with the company's strategic objectives, more competitive and current, reflecting through the new look all the experience, solidity, and quality of its products.
