The group assists approximately 5,000 elderly people in residential settings, offers numerous educational services, and has about 3,000 assisted individuals at home. With a turnover of approximately €90.7 million, Punto Service is among the main players in the sector in Italy, and is a valuable point of reference for individuals, municipalities, consortia, IPABs, as well as ASLs and associations. The centrality of the person and the quality of the service are at the core of the cooperative's philosophy and operations, whose mutualistic purpose is clearly expressed by the third article of the Statute: “The Cooperative aims, with mutualistic purpose and without profit, to pursue the general interest of the community in the human promotion and social integration of citizens, through the management of socio-sanitary and educational services and all related activities, of constitutional relevance, for people in need of social intervention due to being disadvantaged, marginalized or weak due to age, personal, family or social condition. The Cooperative also aims to guarantee employment continuity for its worker members and the best economic, social, and professional conditions.”
